The second one is that it connects around your heel. Avoid slip-on shoes and anything that might fall off. When you pivot your feet in the kitchen, if your shoes feel real loose, then you might want to try something that holds a little tighter.

After the series has begun but before the end of registration, a refund is issue for the balance of the total price of the series less the number of classes attended charged at the standard single class rate.
